German Rules

1.) Die neue Liga wird 3 Spielstufen haben, das bedeutet 1.Liga, 2.Liga und die 3.Liga à 15 Spieler. Diese 45 Spieler werden um den 1.Platz in der 1.Liga kämpfen, aber Vorsicht! Die letzten 3 aus der 1. und 2.Liga steigen in die nächste Liga ab, und die ersten 3.Plätze der 2 und 3Liga steigen in die nächste Liga auf! Wer in welcher Spielklasse spielt wird durch eine Qualifikation entschieden. Die Auslosung der Teilnehmer werde ich vornehmen! Damit auch mal bisschen Schweiß bei euch auf der Stirn zu sehen ist und ihr vielleicht nervös werdet, werden diese Quali-Spiele bis 10 ausgetragen… also seid euch nie zu sicher.

2:) Wenn die Qualifikation entschieden ist werden alle in der Liga eingestuft wofür sie sich qualifiziert haben!
Auch dann möchten wir euch bisschen nervös machen. Jeder Spieltag fängt am Sonntag an und endet am Samstag um Mitternacht! Also habt ihr genug Zeit, um mit eurem Gegner Kontakt aufzunehmen!
Jedes Spiel geht bis 6 gewonnenen Spielen aber wenn der Spielstand 5:5 ist endet dieses Match Remis.
Viertel-u.Halbfinal-Spiele: bis 6 mit 2 P. Vorsprung !
Final-Spiele: bis 8 mit 2 P. Vorsprung !
Ein Sieg wird mit 3P belohnt und ein Remis mit 1P!
Pro Play-Off Sieg 3P für den Rang!

Regeln fürs Wallturnier:
Gespielt wird bis 6 , Finale bis 8!
Bei freiem Tisch Black-Ball 3+, sonst 2+!
Kein Zickzack-Schuss mit Black-Ball!!!
Punkte nach Score,
in den Play-Off's 3P. pro Sieg,
für den Rang!

Eventuelle Sonderregeln pro Spieltyp ,
wird dann aber auf der zugehörigen Seite ausgewiesen !!!

3:) Das Ergebnis wird bei Kiez per ICQ bekannt gegeben, ich bitte darum das der Gewinner
und Verlierer das Ergebnis durchgeben, damit wir es dann bestätigen können, Danke!!

4:) Was immer eine ganz besondere Frage ist, ist das Snookern
Das Snookern ist aber nur mit Wall erlaubt, sobald das misachtet wird müsst ihr es Melden mit einem Beweisfoto.
- Wenn nach einem Stoß kein Ball ins Loch fällt oder nach dem Stoß keine Bande berührt wird, so gilt das als Foul! In diesem Fall kommt es zum Aufnahmewechsel. Der gegnerische Spieler, (der gefoult wurde) spielt 1% Power in den freien Raum, der ursprüngliche Spieler (der das Foul gespielt hat) ist wieder dran und spielt ebenfalls mit 1% Power in den freien Raum. Jetzt hat der gefoulte gegnerische Spieler die Möglichkeit das Spiel mit „Ball in Hand“ regulär fortzusetzen.
Blockieren, dass Einlochen von gegnerischen Bällen, Snooks oder andere Praktiken sind erlaubt, wenn die oben genannte Regel beachtet wird.
– BLACK BALL fällt beim BREAK - BEDEUTET NICHT VERLUST!!! Im diesem Fall zählt das Spiel NICHT und das Duell geht weiter als ob nichts passiert wäre.
- Wenn der Spieler aufgrund eines störenden Elements nicht spielen kann ( Besuch, Sturm, Elektrizität oder Internetprobleme ), kann der Spieler das Spiel jeder Zeit zwischen den Frames stoppen.Bei Elektrizitäts- oder Internet Zusammenbruch während eines laufendes Spieles – dann kann der Spieler wirklich nicht Einfluss nehmen – in diesem Fall wird der Frame NICHT FORTGEFÜHRT und NICHT gezählt !!!

5:) Das Beleidigen von Spielern jeglicher Art ist sofort dem Admin zu melden, und endet damit das der
Spieler die Liga verlassen muss!

6:) Wenn jemand nicht spielen kann ist es dem Admin mitzuteilen ansonsten endet es mit 6:0*
Wenn jemand aus der Liga aussteigen möchte bitte ich darum, dass es uns möglichst schnell mitgeteilt wird

7:)Die Registration beginnt ab sofort!
Schreibt Kiez (ICQ - 384 764 324 ), er wird euch dann Aufnehmen,
also seid schnell bevor alle Plätze vergeben sind!

English Rules

1.) The new league will have 3 level, this means 1.league, 2.league and 3.league. In each league 15 players will participate. These 45 players will fight for the first place in 1.league – but take care: the last 3 players of 1. and 2.league will go to next lower level while the first 3 players of 2. and 3.level will go to next higher level! A “Qualification Match” will decide, who is going to play in 1. 2. and 3.league. The opponents of qualification match will be set by draw.
In order to make you sweat and maybe become a little bit nervous, we decided that a qualification-match has to be won by 10 points. So, never be too self-secure!

2.) When qualifying is done, every player will be set in that league, he qualified himself for!
For a duel you have time from Sunday to Saturday 24:00 CET!
So you will have time enough to get in contact with your opponent!
A match is won by 6 sets. If the score is 5:5, a match will be counted as remis.
Quarter-and Semifinal : till 6 with 2 P. lead !
Final : till 8 with 2 P. lead !
A won match counts 3 points. If a match ends remis, it counts 1 point.
Each Play-Off victory counts 3P!

Rules Wallturnier:
Game till 6 , Final 8 !
Free table Black-Ball 3+ ,balls on table 2+!
No zickzack-shot Black-Ball !!!
Points will be given like score,
in Play-Offs 3P. for each win for the rank!

3.) The result has to be reported to Kiez ( ICQ-384 764 324) by both opponents, to make sure the result is correct and can be confirmed!

4.) A frequently asked question is: HOW DO WE HANDLE SNOOKER!
The snook is permitted only with Wall. Once that is not adhered to it you must Report it with a proof Photo.
- If after any stroke no ball falls OR no ball touches the wall - it is FOUL. Player whose turn it is plays 1% shot into free space and player who fouled plays 1% shot too. Then the player whose turn it is continues as after regular foul. This means, that if player plays ball into hole, but the shot is not strong enough and ball doesnt come in (and no other ball falls and no ball touches wall), it is also foul! This rule doesnt concern just snook, but whole game.
Blocking or poting opponents balls, snooks and other tactic practices are allowed - if rules above are abiding.
- BLACK BALL pot FROM THE BREAK - DOESNT MEAN LOSS!!! In case of pocketing the black ball from the break, the frame is NOT counting and the duel continues as if nothing happened.
- When the player can not play in case of some disturbing element (the visit, storm, electrisity or internet down), the player can stop the game anytime between the frames. (the exception is the electrisity or internet breakdown - then the player really can not affect it - in this case the frame is NOT COUNTED. EVEN if one player plays on easy black. But in this case it can be about deal of concerned players).

5.) The insulting of other players should be reported immediately and will cause the leave of the insulting player!!!

6.) If you are not able to play a game, you have to report it to the admin and tell the cause of your inability. Otherwise the match will be scored 6:0 for your opponent.
If you want to leave the tournament, please tell us immediately!

7.) The registration starts now!
